The Low Code Platforms practice operates as a global organization within SoftServe’s Digital Platforms Group and addresses the rapidly growing demand for low-code platforms such as Mendix, ServiceNow, Microsoft Power Platform, and several others.

Our team builds cross-industry low-code solutions. It is responsible for both the development of low-code applications and the delivery of advisory and implementation services to our client base, in accordance with platform design best practices and a defined implementation methodology.

Team members work on the design, delivery, and support of a variety of solutions that help our clients meet business objectives. These solutions range from large-scale, ground-up, custom-developed low-code applications to cloud-based development and integration services, as well as customizing industry-sector-focused packages.

IF YOU ARE

An experienced Mendix software engineer with 3+ years of hands-on practiceSkilled in and experienced in developing pluggable widgetsProficient in application and case design, data model design, data migration, user experience, security, background processing, performance, deployment, and testingFamiliar with APIs and software integration through SOAP, REST, or similar web servicesKnowledgeable in SQL, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, XML, and general Web techniquesAccustomed to working with pre-built templates, visual interfaces, and flow diagramsAdept at Docker, Kubernetes, cloud infrastructure, and application serversComfortable in Agile environments and iterative development cyclesA holder of intermediate level of Mendix certificationConfident in communication with an intermediate English level

Modify workflow configurations to maximize production and operating efficiencyDevelop application modules and structure for compliance with standards and best practicesConduct peer reviews of other team members’ workIntegrate based on existing Mendix connectors and develop new onesGather business requirements by collaborating with stakeholders and IT management, studying systems flow, data usage, and work processesWork with the Lead Systems Architect to manage scope and risk, implementation capabilities and limitations, performance requirements, and interfaces for the end-user solutionConduct a detailed analysis of functional and non-functional business needs to create business requirements and perform gap analysis between the current and target statesDefine reporting requirements related to general business functionality, non-functional needs, and required data attributes for BPM-specific workflowsImplement a responsive UI based on predefined wireframes and designsTest and debug platform configuration issues and communicate with platform support teams to resolve issues or require software fixes
