About the Client
Our client is an emerging fintech company focused on developing innovative solutions that bridge the gap between traditional finance and cryptocurrency. They are building a new product for the C2B market, designed to meet regulatory standards while ensuring robust architecture, security, and monitoring systems.

Role Overview
As a Junior Account Manager, you will support client relationships and help ensure a seamless customer experience. Working closely with senior team members, you’ll manage day-to-day communication with clients, assist in onboarding, track client satisfaction, and contribute to long-term partnerships. This role is ideal for someone early in their career with 1–2 years of fintech experience, eager to learn and grow in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Building and maintaining client relationships.

• Assist with client onboarding, ensuring smooth setup and compliance alignment.

• Handle day-to-day client requests and provide timely responses.

• Monitor account performance and escalate issues when needed.

• Collaborate with product and support teams to deliver client needs.

• Track client feedback and contribute to continuous improvement.

• Ensure accurate reporting and documentation of client interactions.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in account management, customer success, or related role in fintech.

• Strong communication skills in English and Russian.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail.

• Understanding of fintech or crypto-related products.

• Proactive mindset and willingness to learn from senior colleagues.
