About the Company

Our client is an international consulting group focused on investments, digital assets, and private capital advisory (HNW/UHNW). The firm handles complex legal matters and non-standard cases at the intersection of classical law, crypto, and banking across multiple jurisdictions.Due to growth, we’re hiring a strong legal lead to join the team.

What You’ll Do

Corporate structuring for clients in Europe, the US, and Canada (and other jurisdictions as needed).

Banking & accounts: support account opening, liaise with banks and regulators, address compliance/KYC requirements.

Client legal strategies: tax-efficient setups, asset protection, legalization of digital/crypto income, cross-border transactions.

Documentation & deals: draft/review international contracts, board/shareholder docs, policies, opinions, and memoranda.

Cross-border coordination: work with international partners, external counsel, vendors, and internal teams.

(If with management experience) lead the legal function: set strategy, build processes, mentor the team, hire and develop talent.

What We’re Looking For

7+ years of legal practice, with part of it in international law, investments, banking and/or crypto/digital assets.

English B2+ (you’ll work with international clients and documentation).

Leadership skills or a strong desire to grow into a people-lead role (we will support your progression).

Hands-on experience with company registrations, international contracts, cross-border deals is a strong advantage.

Bar admission and/or an international LL.M. — nice to have.
