The role is based in the Kyiv region, and we will expect you to work full-time in the office. We have a shuttle service from the nearest metro station.

About the Job

The Production Cost Controller ensures accurate accounting of materials and product cost at the production site. This role is responsible for monitoring transactions in NetSuite, supporting production managers with reliable analytics, and enabling effective cost control and planning.

What is your Day to Day Mission:

ERP & Accounting (NetSuite)

• Manage and close Work Orders (WO)

• After automation of workstations, verify correct creation and closure of WOs

• Monitor completeness of material and serial number write-offs

• Perform stock adjustments only based on primary documentation

• Ensure accuracy of assemblies (Build WO) and material movements

• Maintain records for prototyping, tooling, and other special write-offs (R&D projects)

Inventory Control

• Monitor material balances in workshops and warehouses

• Physically issue materials and components from the workshop warehouse

• Analyze variances between actual and planned consumption

• Organize and supervise scheduled and ad-hoc inventory counts

• Enter inventory results into NetSuite

Financial Analysis

• Analyze production costs with focus on consumption norms

• Prepare cost analytics (materials, scrap, prototypes, tooling)

• Provide reports to support purchasing and production planning

Collaboration

• Collect shift reports from production supervisors

• Advise supervisors on correct transaction processing

• Coordinate with procurement and warehouse teams to ensure data accuracy

• Prepare data for the financial planning & analysis team and the Director of Finance

What you bring to the team:

• 2–3 years of experience in production controlling / manufacturing finance

• ERP experience required (NetSuite, SAP, Oracle preferred; 1C mandatory)

• Proficient in Excel; experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau) is a plus

• Solid understanding of management and financial accounting principles

• English: B1 (Intermediate) preferred
