Ми шукаємо досвідченого Менеджера із технічних закупівель, який допоможе ефективно управляти процесами закупівель обладнання, програмного забезпечення та ІТ-сервісів. Роль передбачає тісну співпрацю з технічними, фінансовими та адміністративними підрозділами компанії, а також з постачальниками й партнерами.
Основні обов’язки:
Проведення ринкового аналізу: пошук нових постачальників, оцінка комерційних пропозицій.Участь у переговорах та погодження договорів на вигідних умовах.Забезпечення прозорості, відповідності бюджету та своєчасності закупівель.Ведення звітності по закупівлям в зоні відповідальностіВідповідність внутрішнім політикам компанії, регламенту по закупівлям.Співпраця з юридичним, фінансовим відділом, внутрішніми замовниками.Оптимізація процесів закупівель ІТ-обладнання, ліцензійного ПЗ, сервісів, послуг в зоні відповідальності.
Вимоги до кандидата:
Досвід роботи на аналогічній посаді від 3 років (бажано в ІТ або телеком-компанії).Практичний досвід у закупівлі ІТ-обладнання, ПЗ, сервісів (SaaS, хмарні рішення).Знання договірної роботи та принципів проведення тендерів / порівняльного аналізу.Аналітичне мислення, увага до деталей.Вільна українська, базова англійська (рівень Intermediate).Знання Excel/Google Sheets, бажано досвід роботи з ERP (наприклад, SAP, IT Enterprise).
