THE JOURNEY
Recruit and train our Glovers (couriers) Be responsible for implementing processes and optimizing strategies for attracting and retaining Glovers Solve problems and provide support to Glovers Maintain documentation and contracts for Glovers Handle procurement, ensuring all Glovers receive their work kits and are ready to spread the Glovo brand Manage planning, general administration, and KPI analysis Communicate effectively with the local operations manager regarding processes and customer support operationsWHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE RIDE
Communication skills and the ability to solve problems quickly High motivation to work in a fast-growing startup An analytical mindset Excel skills Enjoy teaching and adapting new employees Good energy and love what you do, even on bad days Upper Intermediate or higher level of English proficiencyIndividuals representing diverse profiles, and abilities, encompassing various genders, ethnicities, and backgrounds, are less likely to apply for this role if they do not possess solid experience in 100% of these areas.
