Le.a coordinateur.rice de zone représente Acted vis à vis des autorités locales, des bailleurs, des populations bénéficiaires et des autres acteurs clefs.
Le.a coordinateur.rice est membre de l’équipe de management, il/elle garantit la qualité du programme et sa mise en œuvre opérationnelle, ainsi que son déploiement là où c’est approprié et réalisable, il/elle assure un fort rôle de représentation. Le.a coordinateur.rice supervise directement les responsables de projet en contrôlant que les projets et les programmes sont adaptés aux besoins des bénéficiaires et qu’ils sont mis en œuvre en accord avec la stratégie globale d’Acted , avec les orientations du bailleur. Une fois les plans de travail et les budgets validés, le coordinateur de zone supervise également au jour le jour les opérations et la sécurité dans la zone concernée.

Qualifications et compétences requises
Formation en développement international, les opérations d’urgence, les programmes humanitaires etc. ;Expérience approfondie de la gestion de projets dans des programmes d’urgence et/ou de développement ;Des compétences en gestion de base sont préférables (RH, finances, logistique) ;Au moins quatre ans d’expérience professionnelle pertinente, comprenant de préférence la gestion de la sécurité ;Capacités avérées en matière de leadership et de gestion d’équipe requises ;Capacité à travailler sous pression ;Solides compétences en négociation et en relations interpersonnelles, et flexibilité ;
