Job Description

Your influential mission. You will...

Perform quality control activities to ensure product excellencePlan, estimate, prioritize, and coordinate testing efforts with the QA Team Leader and development teamDesign, develop, execute, and maintain test cases, scenarios, use cases, and user stories; compile test reportsCreate detailed and structured test plans aligned with the existing Test StrategyReview requirements, specifications, and technical documentation to validate product complianceIdentify, document, and track defects and failures discovered during testingTake ownership of assigned tasks and defects, ensuring resolution and retesting based on impact and lifecycleDevelop and maintain automation scripts using internal tools for game testingProactively resolve blockers and escalate critical issues to the QA Team LeaderProvide stakeholders with clear insights into product quality to support informed decisionsEnsure product compliance with regulatory standards and requirementsEvaluate non-functional aspects such as performance, reliability, usability, security, compatibility, and portabilityIndependently or collaboratively solve complex technical and managerial challengesStep in for the QA Team Leader during absences or when the role is vacantChampion QA strategy and processes throughout all stages of product developmentLead cross-functional meetings, training sessions, and business correspondence as neededManage and improve QA sub-processes assigned by the Team Leader (e.g., root cause analysis, test environment maintenance)Continuously grow your expertise in QA methodologies and tools

Qualifications

Components for success. You...

Have 3+ years of experience as a QA EngineerAre skilled in Web and Mobile testingAre proficient with JIRA, Confluence, and TestRailPossess strong knowledge of QA methodologies and software development processesUnderstand the full development lifecycle and client-server architectureCommunicate confidently in English at an intermediate levelDemonstrate solid interpersonal and collaboration skills

You'll get extra points for...

Experience with Postman, Burp Suite, Fiddler, or Charles ProxyFamiliarity with Git or SVN version control systemsHands-on experience with Chrome DevTools, Xcode, Android Studio, and BrowserStack
