Position Summary
The Change Management Specialist is responsible for developing and implementing Change Acceleration plans that support organizational change high to medium impact initiatives. This role ensures that change management activities are integrated into projects and business processes, facilitating smooth transitions and maximizing employee adoption. The specialist collaborates with stakeholders to assess impacts, mitigate resistance, and support sustainable change.

1 ServeasChange partnertoLeadersandProjectLeadsbyprovidingend-to-endthoughtpartnershipfor medium to high projects or initiatives.
2 Coach and support leaders and employees throughout the transition process for medium to large-scaleorganizationalchanges,projectsefforts,as well as coaching and/ or support HR/Leadership/cross-functional project teams in the development and application of the change management plans to their initiatives.
3 Develop and execute change management strategies and plans for organizational initiatives,customtoeachinitiative,whileadheringtoour foundational ADKAR/Prosci methodology.
4 Conduct impact analysis and assess change readiness across teams and departments, to support the design of the change management plans and identify potential risks and propose mitigation plans to address resistance
5 Design and document key change managementdeliverablessuchas; change impacts, communication&engagement plans, employee readiness, training plan, resistance management plan and reinforcement.
6 Collaborate with project managers and business leaders to align objectives with organizational objectives and supportleaderstoleadthroughchange andbuildchangemanagementroad mapsandworkplans and ensure project teams are enabled and prepare for the change.
Design and deliver communication plans to inform and engage stakeholders at all levels, to drive awareness and boost engagement and readiness for change initiatives.
7 Support the measurement systems to track adoption, monitor progress and report on change adoption of metrics.
8 Developprocesses and toolsthateffectively supportthechangestrategyfor the projects under its responsibility, for people, process, and technology related changes.
10 Facilitate workshops, meetings, and training sessions to support change adoption and enable project teams, leaders, and other key individuals so they can successfully implement change efforts that move the business forward.
11 Document lessons learned and best practices for future change efforts.
