Функції посади:
Супроводження функціонування системи Identity and Access Management (IAM).Обробка запитів користувачів що до надання, зміну або відкликання доступу до інформаційних систем та ресурсів.Розробка та впровадження ролей доступу, моделей RBAC (Role-Based Access Control) та ABAC (Attribute-Based Access Control), а також контроль їх актуальності та відповідності дійсним бізнес-потребам компанії.Вирішення поточних технічних та організаційних проблем, пов’язаних з автоматизацією надання доступів до інформаційних ресурсів компанії.Адміністрування серверних операційних систем Windows Server та усунення виявлених вразливостей інформаційної безпеки.Аналіз та вирішення інцидентів, пов’язаних із доступом та аутентифікацією користувачів.Розробка технічної документації та інструкцій, а також проведення навчальних сесій для кінцевих користувачів системи Identity and Access Management (IAM).
Необхідний професійний досвід та вимоги:
Базове розуміння принципів IAM та Access Management.Навички з технічної підтримки та супроводження IDM\IAM-систем.Навички адміністрування серверних операційних систем Windows Server.Знання принципів автентифікації користувачів, розмежування доступу, моделей керування доступом до інформаційних ресурсів (RBAC/ABAC).Вміння аналізувати інциденти, шукати першопричину проблеми та пропонувати рішення.Комунікабельність, уважність до деталей і відповідальність; готовність взаємодіяти з користувачами як усно, так і письмово.Розуміння процесів управління життєвим циклом користувачів, Access Review.Знання принципів роботи Microsoft Active Directory, Entra ID.Знання мережевих протоколів. Модель OSI та TCP/IP.Англійська на рівні читання технічної документації.
