Responsibilities:

Answer calls from potential clients, listen to their needs, and offer the best moving solutions.

Follow up with leads to turn inquiries into confirmed bookings.

Stay in touch with contractors and clients to ensure a smooth move from start to finish.

Build trust with clients and explain why we are the best choice.

Meet and exceed sales goals by being persuasive and confident.

Keep track of customer interactions and sales in our easy-to-use CRM system.

Work with the team to make sure every client has a great experience.

Requirements:

At least 1 year of sales experience (moving industry experience is a bonus but not required).

Clear and fluent English with great communication skills.

Strong ability to persuade and close deals.

Tech-savvycomfortable using computers and learning new software quickly.

Self-motivated, goal-driven, and able to work independently.

Schedule:

California time, we have slots for an evening and a morning shift, 8 AM - 4 PM or 12 PM - 8 PM PST.
