Le/la Directeur.rice pays Adjoint.e – Programmes & Relations externes est un membre sénior clef de l’équipe de management à l’échelle du pays, qui soutiendra et assistera le/la Directeur.rice Pays (CD) dans la gestion et la direction de tout le programme pays. Le/la Directeur.rice pays Adjoint.e – Programmes & Relation externes est amené.e à représenter Acted auprès des autorités gouvernementales, des bailleurs, clusters, groupes de travail, agences de l’ONU et les autres ONG. Il/Elle développe et élabore les profils des programmes en accord avec la stratégie gobale, régionale et nationale d’Acted et s’assure du financement de leur déploiement. Il/Elle s’assure d’un développement progressif, efficient, responsable des activités d’Acted via un positionnement stratégique et la qualité de mise en œuvre des projets.

1. Positionnement et fundraising
Analyse du contexte ;Développement et déploiement de la stratégie ;Networking, positionnement et représentation générale ;Relations avec les bailleurs et élaboration de propositions de projets ;Grant Management ;
2. Accompagnement du programme technique et coordination
Support technique ;Coordination ;
3. Suivi et Evaluation (Enquêtes, suivis/contrôles, évaluations)
Systèmes MEAL ;Mise en place et gestion MEAL ;
4. Communication externe
5. Management et Coordination interne
Gestion de l’équipe ;Coordination interne et Communication ;Classement.
Qualifications et compétences requises
Etudes supérieures (Master) ;Capacités rédactionnelles ;Expérience à l’étranger sur des postes de management de 3 ans minimum ;La connaissance de la zone est un atout ;Très fortes capacités organisationnelles ;Expérience en management d’équipes importantes, nationales et internationales ;Expérience en management de projets, particulièrement avec une composante institutionnelle ;Expérience dans le domaine de la participation communautaire, le lien avec les autorités locales ;Compétences en gestion et administration ;Flexibilité, adaptation, résistance au stress ;Patience et esprit de négociation, excellentes capacités de communication écrite et orale.

Salaire défini par la grille des salaires Acted en fonction du niveau d’études, de l’expertise, du niveau de sécurité et du niveau d’expérience : entre 4100 et 4200€ net mensuel (avant impôts sur le revenu)Indemnité mensuelle de frais de vie 300$Logement en guesthouse et nourriture pris en charge par ActedSécurité sociale, mutuelle (MSH) et assistance rapatriement (SOS International) pris en charge par ActedTransport vers la mission et billet retour totalement pris en charge tous les 6 mois (vers l’adresse spécifiée sur le contrat de travail)Frais de visa pris en charge par ActedR&R tous les 3 mois (billet d’avion pris en charge jusqu’à 500$ + indemnité supplémentaire de 200$)Une semaine de préparation au départ comprenant 4 jours de formation sécurité en immersionPossibilité d’avoir un appel de 30minutes avec un.e consultant.e en fiscalitéSoutien psychologique (rendez-vous avec un.e professionnel.le)
