За розробку пристроїв у Ajax відповідає R&D, який складається з чотирьох департаментів: System, Device, Automation та QA.
Device Department займається розробкою пристроїв для безпеки й автоматизації. А також ставить перед собою серйозні виклики в таких напрямках:
- Low-Power: пристрої мають працювати максимально довго від штатних батарей;
- Собівартість: масовий продукт повинен залишатися в діапазоні середнього цінового сегмента;
- DFM (Design for Manufacturing) і DFH (Design for Human): схемотехніку, корпуси та інші елементи має бути легко повторити в сотнях тисяч пристроїв на виробництві без втрати якості.
Розробка переважно ведеться для STM32 (але є і інші MCU та SoC), з використанням Embedded C. Вже зібрано сильну експертизу й талановитих працівників із числа Hardware- та Embedded C-інженерів, промислових дизайнерів, конструкторів-механіків.
У зв’язку з постійним ростом кількості паралельних проектів і збільшенням команди Ajax Video, ми шукаємо сміливого і цілеспрямованого інженера, який не злякається зануритися в чудовий світ хардвар розробки, застосувати свій досвід на практиці, а також навчатися і розвиватися разом з іншими членами команди.Шукаємо інженера-конструктора у сфері проектування споживчої електроніки, приладобудування, від 3-х років.
Необхідні знання та навички:
принципи та особливості проектування деталей із пластику та металу;
принципи роботи прес-форм, штампів, знання у сфері обробки металів (згинання, фрезерування, штампування, фінішна обробка) пластмас, гумсередовище проектування SolidWorks (95% твердотільні моделі, 5% поверхневі моделі, іноді листовий метал);
знання матеріалів, що застосовуються при конструюванні пристроїв аналогічним Ajax.
розуміння базових принципів конструювання, проектування, технологічності, балансу ціна/якість;
перевірка прототипу, пошук та усунення проблем у конструкції пристроїв хоча б 2−3 серійно розроблених пристроїв;
знаходити оптимальне (ціна/якість/ступінь поліпшення/складність) вирішення проблеми.
Буде плюсом:
бажання створювати відмінний продукт та бачити результат;
розуміння вимог та проблематики масового виробництва;
глибокі знання у роботі прес форм та лиття термопластів;
глибокі знання у матеріалознавстві металів і пластиків — великий плюс;
досвід роботи/погодження з підрядниками знання технологій прототипування корпусних деталей;
вміння докопатися до кореня проблеми;
вміння шукати потрібну інформацію;
«Рівні руки» — багато рішень перед впровадженням або проектуванням іноді потрібно перевірити самому;
вміння аналізувати ситуації та завдання з багатьох сторін, далекоглядність мислення;
врівноваженість (нерви ні до чого доброго не призводять);
рівень англійської мови А1-А2(вміння опрацьовувати технічну документацію);
вища освіта.
Що треба буде робити:
проектувати корпуси та механіку приладів Ajax відповідно до вимог from sketch to scale та повна підтримка щодо механічних складових. Тісна взаємодія з іншими розробниками;
узгоджувати всю механічну сторону проекту з підрядниками, безпосередньо чи через колег/посередників;
створювати документацію для запуску у серійне виробництво;
конструкторська допомога у вирішенні проблем серійного виробництва;
взаємодіяти з ВТК, технологами та виробництвом загалом;
брати участь у доповненні тех. документації;
підтримувати та покращувати існуючі проекти Ajax.
