Join Atlas Technica now!RequirementsStrong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and financial record-keeping.Familiarity with billing software and accounting systems (e.g., QuickBooks).Excellent organizational and time management skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills, ensuring clarity and accuracy.Capable of working independently.Skilled in MS Office, especially Excel, Outlook, and Word.Willingness to learn and adapt to new billing systems and processes.Experience in a Customer Support Specialist or related position but not requiredPrior experience in a billing role would be a plus.ResponsibilitiesPrepare and dispatch invoices to clients accurately and on time.Monitor and follow up on overdue payments.Resolve billing discrepancies and address client issues.Respond to customer inquiries and provide information regarding billing.Contact clients to resolve past due accounts and ensure timely payments.Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate and timely billing.Maintain accurate and up-to-date billing records.Assist with month-end billing-related closing activities.Ensure all billing activities comply with company policies and relevant regulations.Perform all other tasks and duties assigned by the supervisor.Atlas Technica is proud to be an Equal Employment Opportunity employer.
