Develop and implement backend game server functionality across multiple parallel projectsImprove and maintain infrastrcuture, frameworks, and internal tools for server-side game developmentCollaborate closely with a small, cross-functional product team including producers, mathematicians and developersOptimize server-side algorithms for performance, scalability and reliabilityWork with modern backend stack including Java, Maven, Git, AWS and DockerEmbrace automation and CI/CD pipelines to streamline development and deploymentDesign, test and deploy efficent and maintainable codeIdentify and solve complex technical challenges independentlyEnsure high code quality and strong sense of ownership for delivery featuresActively contribute to technical discussions and decisions within the team.Work in a fun, collaborative environment across teams in Poland, Ukraine and SwedenQualifications

We are looking for Platform Operations/ Incident & Problem manager for the handling of day-to-day tasks and on-call duties.
