In this role you'll use your expertise to mentor others, standardize our processes, and lead the team toward achieving common goals.Duties and ResponsibilitiesDeploy, configure, and maintain corporate IT infrastructure (servers, storage, networks, virtualization, cloud)Ensure high availability, scalability, and performance of critical systems and servicesMentor junior engineers, conduct technical training, and promote professional growth and knowledge sharing within the team.Manage and optimize on-premise and hybrid cloud environments (e.g., VMware, AWS)Define and enforce infrastructure standards, documentation, and operational proceduresOversee infrastructure security measures in collaboration with the Information Security teamAct as a technical lead and escalation point for complex system incidentsDrive automation initiatives to improve efficiency and reduce repetitive workPlan and execute system upgrades, migrations, and lifecycle managementQualifications and SkillsProven experience with hybrid infrastructure (macOS/Windows/Linux administration)Good knowledge of networking (Cisco Meraki), virtualization platforms, cloud environments (AWS), and MDM (e.g., Jamf, Workspace ONE or similar)Hands-on experience with monitoring (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana), backup, and identity management (e.g., Okta, SSO) tools Nice to haveGood knowledge of scripting languages (PowerShell, Bash, Python), IaC tools (Terraform, Ansible), and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) will be a significant advantage.
