📅 What will your day-to-day be like:

Managing multiple cold email campaigns for clients across industries;
Optimizing subject lines, CTAs, and copy to improve open and reply rates;
Collaborating with account managers and creatives to build smart sequences;
Communicating campaign results to clients (they’re fun, we promise);
Staying ahead of trends and tools in the outbound/email world.

🧠 Requirements:

You have hands-on experience in B2B Marketing, especially Outbound and Cold Email outreach;
You’re not just creative—you’re analytical, data excites you, and results drive you;
You’re proactive, love learning, and get a kick out of testing and iterating;
You have excellent English communication skills (written & verbal);
You’ve got a strong meme game (bonus points 🐸);
You’re comfortable working from 1 PM to 9 PM EET to sync with our US-based clients;
You're motivated by performance—we have a bonus system in place to reward results.
