The team has been developing Electronic forms for Clinical Trials (Web, Mobile).RequirementsWe are looking for a middle BA.2+ years of experience as a Business analyst in software projectsAbility to create clear requirements documentation (English writing, diagrams, BPMN)Good knowledge of system analysis, business process analysis and optimizationStrong attention to details, strong logic skills, ability to identify corner cases and provide the solution for the productStrong knowledge in practices and techniques of business analysis, requirements gathering and solutions assessmentUnderstanding and ability to identify the customer needGood interpersonal, communication and facilitation skillsUpper intermediate English (written and verbal)Nice to have:Experience working in an enterprise environment with multiple stakeholdersTechnical background – understanding of object modern programming concepts, database design principles, etc.Job responsibilitiesCollect, define and translate business objectives and distribute to a teamCreate detailed and understandable requirements, tasks, support functionality till productionInteract with a team, organize product development, deliver product vision and functionality to the teamBacklog management, iteration planning and elaboration of user storiesCollaborate proactively with Business Stakeholders, Project Managers and Teams to reach a common understanding of the solution to address the needsWhat we offerCulture of caring.
