The main objective of the project is to implement clinical solutions for drug development and testing. The process covers all stages up to drug manufacturing, and the solution is designed in a modular fashion.As a Senior Project Manager, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality results while maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. This is you4+ years of relevant experience as a Project ManagerProven track record of successfully delivering middle and large-sized IT projectsStrong project management skills throughout the SDLCDeep knowledge of project management methods, including Agile methodologies such as SCRUM, KANBAN, SAFe or LeSSProficiency in consultingUnderstanding of software architecture and processes related to software deliveryProficient in estimating the scope and complexity of large and technically challenging projectExpertise in communication, with the ability to manage high-level escalationsEnglish — Upper-intermediate or higherNice-to-have SkillsExperience in the pharmacology domainFamiliar with pre-sale activitiesThis is your roleValidate and define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support project goals in collaboration with stakeholdersDevelop a full-scale project implementation plan, based of expected project schedule, milestones, and deliverablesManage internal and external project communications, ensuring effective exchange of project informationProactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plansIdentify, analyze, prioritize, mitigate, and communicate project risksBuild and nurture an effective and collaborative project team.
