Що ви будете робити в ролі Керівника групи операційного обліку розрахунків з покупцями:
Управління командою бухгалтерів групи операційного обліку розрахунків з покупцями, забезпечення їх ефективності та розвитку;
Забезпечення повного дотримання регуляторних вимог, внутрішніх контролів та корпоративних політик у всіх процесах розрахунків з покупцями;
Контроль операцій по виставленню рахунків, правильного визнання доходів, а також облік повернень товарів та торгових знижок;
Відповідальність за аналіз структури дебіторської заборгованості, формування резервів на безнадійні борги, їх списання та організація звірок з клієнтами;
Забезпечення своєчасного місячного закриття всіх рахунків, пов'язаних з дебіторською заборгованістю;
Облік податкових зобов'язань, включаючи регулярну звірку з MeDoc;
Ефективна співпраця з іншими відділами та зовнішніми аудиторами в ролі основної контактної особи з питань обліку розрахунків з покупцями;
Постійне вдосконалення бізнес-процесів обліку дебіторської заборгованості та впровадження провідних практик.
