We are cooperating with a client that is a leading educational software provider headquartered in New York. We've been partnering for about 10 years already and have successfully delivered various projects and products that help US teachers educate and assess the results of schoolchildren. Currently, we're working on 10 different projects within the customer's portfolio.
This project is developing web applications aimed at helping kids learn and progress through curriculum programs and support programs, curriculum kits, teacher materials, and supplemental apps in the education domain.
Our team consists of a QA automation lead, a product owner, and several QA automation engineers.
IF YOU ARE
Skilled in Python and willing to work partially with JavaExperienced in API testing via Pytest, and UI testing with SeleniumKnowledgeable in software development concepts and activitiesWell-versed in theoretical aspects of QA manual testingProficient in using Git for version controlExperienced with CI tools like Jenkins and AWS CodeBuildFamiliar with Jira or other issue-tracking softwareAdept at applying object-oriented programming (OOP) principlesFamiliar with AI toolsCapable of communicating in English freely in a multicultural environment
AND YOU WANT TO
Create, update, or review test documentation, write UI or API automation tests, and report defectsDefine the sufficient automation scope, track progress, and perform manual testingParticipate in project meetings and attend/contribute to Agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, planning, and retrospectivesDevelop features for our enterprise software solution and communicate with customersWork with multi-tasking, multiple priorities, and time frames, while working independently with some supervision for senior software engineers
