- 3+ роки досвіду у Lead Generation / SDR у B2B-сегменті (бажано IT-services, DevOps, Cloud)
- Практичний досвід лідогенерації через Upwork та LinkedIn: пошук релевантних проєктів, написання конверсійних Cover Letters, робота з Connects.
- Досвід генерації та кваліфікації SQL (BANT, MEDDIC або аналогічні підходи)
- Розуміння IT-послуг та DevOps-екосистеми (Cloud, FinOps, AI Infrastructure, MLOps, Cybersecurity)
- Досвід мультиканальної лідогенерації (Upwork, LinkedIn, Cold Email)
- Впевнена робота з CRM-системами (HubSpot, Salesforce або аналоги) та ведення воронки продажів
- Англійська на рівні B1+ для професійної письмової комунікації
Responsibilities
- Пошук, ідентифікація та кваліфікація B2B-клієнтів по всьому світу (робота за стандартним українським графіком)
- Ведення комунікації на Upwork як основному каналі залучення
- Написання персоналізованих Cover Letters із фокусом на цінність для клієнта
- Використання додаткових каналів аутрічу (LinkedIn, Email тощо) для розширення воронки
- Проведення первинної кваліфікації лідів, прогрів та призначення зустрічей для Sales Manager
- Адаптація меседжингу під стратегічні ніші: Enterprise, HealthTech, FinTech, E-commerce
- Системне ведення CRM та підтримка чистоти даних
- Менторство та контроль роботи SDR у команді
