is seeking a skilled Scrum Master to join our team and help drive high‑quality, predictable delivery across Agile initiatives. As a Scrum Master, you will play a key role in enabling the team’s success by facilitating all Scrum ceremonies, supporting smooth and efficient delivery, and proactively identifying and removing impediments that hinder progress. You will coach the team toward higher levels of Agile and Scrum maturity, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, and accountability. In this role, you will help create a trusting and psychologically safe environment where team members feel empowered to take ownership and innovate. What you will do

Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships, ensure alignment of expectations, and facilitate collaborative decision-makingDrive team focuses on product metrics, prioritizing value and user impact over task completionTrack team performance and promote continuous improvementEnable frequent, streamlined releases and guide teams and business toward predictable, incremental delivery cyclesOptimize workflows by eliminating unnecessary processes and implementing continuous improvementsCoach teams to foster autonomy, support professional growth, and resolve conflicts effectivelyFacilitate planning sessions, backlog refinements, and retrospectives, ensuring they are structured, productive, and inclusiveBalance discovery and delivery efforts, helping teams manage priorities and workload efficiently

Qualifications and experience needed

At least 2 years of experience as a Scrum Masterin an app/web development teamAbility to deliver within each sprint according to the product roadmapGuide the team on how to get the most out of self-organizationProvide support to the team using a servant leadership style whenever possibleAgile practices, patterns, and techniques such as automated testing, user stories, TDD, continuous integration, planning, etcAdvanced understanding of task decomposing principles, backlog tracking, burndown metrics, velocity, focus factor, capacity analysis, etc.Theory and practical knowledge of the Scale Scrum frameworkStrong sense of ownership for projects and team performanceGood skills to coach the team on how to follow agile scrum, which worksUnderstand the fundamentals of iterative and incremental developmentExcellent verbal, presentation, and written communication skillsJira advanced user/adminEnglish - Upper-Intermediate
