WHAT YOU'LL BE WORKING ON Own and drive API integrations with international payment systems and external service providers Act as the primary point of contact with external partners, ensuring timely delivery, alignment, and issue resolution Analyze key business and product metrics to improve monetization, conversion, and customer retention Generate product ideas and translate them into clear, actionable concepts and requirements Oversee operational planning, task prioritization, deadline control, and cross-team coordination Support merchant technical onboarding, ensuring smooth integration and adoption Collaborate closely with engineering, operations, compliance, and commercial teams across the full product lifecycle WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE At least 4-5 years of proven experience in product management with a focus on payment gateway solutions In-depth knowledge of payment gateway technologies, industry standards, security protocols, and fintech industry trends Experience managing end-to-end product lifecycles in cross-functional environments Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and develop high-performing teams Strong analytical, strategic, and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Technology, or a related field English language skills at B1-B2 level and fluent russian language.  WHAT WE OFFER An opportunity to make something great even greater, you can be the reason why we grow, develop, and become the best fintech company on the market!
