Our client is a premier, fully staff-owned general contracting firm specializing in collaborative project delivery. Requirements

Strong experience with React + TypeScript in production environmentsDeep understanding of modern front-end architectureComponent-driven designScalable folder and module organizationAdvanced CSS/SCSS (Sass) skillsComfortable building complex layouts and design systems without Tailwind or UI kitsExperience with data fetching & async stateTanStack React Query (or equivalent experience)Solid understanding of REST APIsConsuming well-documented APIs (OpenAPI/Swagger)Proven ability to work in a monorepo setupStrong focus on performance, maintainability, and code qualityExperience working closely with backend engineers and product stakeholders

Responsibilities:

Lead development of the new V2 front-end from scratchDesign and implement reusable, scalable UI componentsOwn front-end architecture decisions and drive improvements proactivelyCollaborate closely with: -Backend engineers (FastAPI, PostgreSQL); -Product and business stakeholdersTranslate product requirements into clean, intuitive user experiencesEnsure the application is: fast, maintainable, easy to extend with future features and integrationsActively identify UX, performance, and technical improvements — and drive them to completionTake responsibility for production quality, not just feature delivery
