3D Planning & Clinical support for Clear Aligner Treatment

Fully remote job offer

▫️About the offer:

I am looking for an orthodontist for independent 3D planning and clinical supervision of clear aligner treatments.

This is a fully remote position with no physical patient appointments. This is not a position for a technical executor and not for one-time treatment plan preparation. It is important for me to find a doctor who thinks clinically, views treatment as a continuous process, and takes responsibility for the final result.

▫️How the treatment 

process is structured:

I manage aligner treatments systematically:

▪️All patients undergo monthly check-ups;

▪️I perform a photo protocol every month;

▪️Cone beam computed tomography (CBCT) or 3D scans are performed periodically based on clinical indications;

▪️Communication with me is via messengers; access to photo protocols, scans, and CBCT is provided through Cliniccards CRM-system.

Therefore I need a doctor who is ready not only to prepare a treatment plan but also to support the case dynamically.

▫️Your responsibilities:

▪️Initial 3D planning of orthodontic treatment with aligners;

▪️Developing step-by-step tooth movement plans;

▪️3D visualization of the treatment plan for both the doctor and the patient;

▪️Analysis of photo protocols, scans, CBCT, and cephalometric analysis (lateral ceph);

▪️Assessment of biomechanics and treatment prognosis;

▪️Regular clinical control and adjustment of plans during the treatment process;

▪️Analysis of treatment dynamics at monthly stages;

▪️Discussing complex cases with me;

▪️Recording decisions and recommendations in Cliniccards CRM-system.

▫️Key Requirements:

▪️Clinical thinking over standard solutions;

▪️Understanding that orthodontic treatment is a process, not a "set it and forget it" task;

▪️Attention to details and focus on predictable results;

▪️Accountability for decisions made at every stage;

▪️Ability to provide clinical reasoning for treatment plan adjustments.

▪️Independence in planning combined with effective team communication.

▫️Qualifications:

▪️Degree in Dentistry (Higher Medical Education);

▪️Specialization in Orthodontics;

▪️Minimum of 6 years of experience as an orthodontist;

▪️Minimum of 4 years of experience in 3D planning and managing aligner cases;

▪️Deep understanding of orthodontic biomechanics;

▪️Responsibility and strict adherence to deadlines.

▫️Software:

It is optimal for me if you work in Maestro 3D. However I am open to collaborating with orthodontists who are proficient in other 3D orthodontic software and are ready to adapt to my workflow.

▫️What I offer:

▪️Fully remote collaboration;

▪️Clearly defined areas of responsibility;

▪️Calm, professional communication without rushing;

▪️Systematic workflow with regular progress checks;

▪️Focus on quality and long-term results rather than high-volume turnover.

▫️Workload:

▪️Estimated volume: 4 to 10 cases per month;

▪️The volume may vary depending on case complexity and the quality of cooperation;

▪️My priority is the quality of planning and treatment control.

▫️Compensation:

▪️Cases up to 50 aligners: from $230.

▪️Cases up to 60 aligners: from $280.

▪️This is not a ceiling. This is the starting point.

▪️I am prepared to pay more for:

• Deep clinical thinking;

• High-quality 3D planning;

• Dedicated clinical support;

• Predictable and stable results.

▫️Patient Profiles:

I utilize a strict patient filtering system before the 3D planning stage. Only clinically predictable and economically viable cases are moved forward. Our typical patient portrait:

▪️Age: 14-35 years old;

▪️Location: Lviv or Lviv region (who are available for regular in-person check-ups);

▪️Primary orthodontic treatment;

▪️No TMJ pathology;

▪️No root resorption;

▪️Clinically stable periodontium;

▪️Predictable case for aligner treatment (no severe skeletal disharmony);

▪️The patient consciously chooses aligners and is motivated to finish the treatment.

▫️Attention:

▪️No "doubtful" or "just in case" cases are sent for 3D planning;

▪️Minimized situations where planning is done but treatment does not start;

▪️You will work with cases that have a high "plan-to-start" conversion rate.

This approach allows the orthodontist in our team to focus exclusively on high-quality planning and clinical excellence, rather than dealing with clinically or organizationally problematic cases.
