ServiceNow Tester – Manual & Automation (Contractor, Remote, Ukraine)We're looking for a ServiceNow Tester to join a growing ServiceNow team at one of our major customers. This is a great opportunity for a mid-level QA who enjoys hands-on testing and wants to grow into automation, helping build and mature the QA practice for the ServiceNow platform. You'll start with a strong focus on manual testing, gradually taking ownership of test automation using ServiceNow ATF, in close collaboration with Product Owners, Developers, and Business Systems Analysts. Start date: ASAP Contract type: Contractor, Full-Time, Remote Work hours: Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm PST What You'll Be DoingExecute manual testing for ServiceNow applications, mainly ITSM and CSMDevelop and maintain test cases and test plansIdentify, document, and track defects using QA toolsPerform regression testing to ensure platform stabilityCollaborate with POs and stakeholders to understand requirementsSupport User Acceptance Testing (UAT)Begin designing and implementing automated tests using ServiceNow ATFContribute to improving QA processes and best practices What You Need to SucceedMust-haves3+ years of experience in Software Quality AssuranceHands-on experience testing ServiceNow (any module)Strong background in manual testingExperience or working knowledge of ServiceNow Automated Testing Framework (ATF)Familiarity with test case management and defect tracking toolsGood communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a distributed teamNice-to-havesExperience with Selenium or other automation toolsServiceNow certificationExperience working in Agile environmentsExposure to large-scale or enterprise platforms Our Recruitment ProcessHere's what to expect from our candidate-friendly interview process:Initial Interview – 60 minutes with our Talent Acquisition SpecialistCulture Fit – 30 minutes with our Team Engagement ManagerTechnical Assessment – Online Challenge/Multiple Choice QuestionnaireFinal Stage – 60 minutes with the Hiring Manager Why Join Launchpad?We believe that great work starts with great people.
