IF YOU ARE

Experienced with 3-5 years of QA experience with at least 2 years in test automationHands-on in automating native mobile applications for Android and iOSPragmatic in working within an existing automation setup or helping to establish one from scratchSkilled in Appium-based mobile automation using TypeScript, or another scripting languageProficient in using WebdriverIO (or similar client libraries) to drive AppiumKnowledgeable in automating native mobile appsPractical with a clear understanding of Android and iOS app lifecycles, permissions, system dialogs, app backgrounding/foregrounding, and device/OS variabilityMeticulous in writing, maintaining, and debugging stable mobile automation testsAnalytical in identifying and addressing common mobile automation failure patternsFamiliar with tooling, including NPM and Yarn, test runners, and configsOrganized in structuring automation code for readability and reuseCollaborative in integrating mobile automation into CI pipelines using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or similar toolsStrategic with a strong understanding of test design and coverage strategyDriven with a strong execution mindset, delivering incremental value consistentlyTeam-oriented in working closely with QA Leads, mobile developers, and Product Managers

Drive mobile test strategy for a consumer, UI-rich mobile applicationBuild and evolve native mobile test automation frameworks that are scalable and maintainableDevelop reusable test components, utilities, and tooling using Swift or KotlinCollaborate closely with iOS and Android developers using the same technology stackParticipate in design, planning, and technical discussions as a quality engineering partnerEnsure stability, performance, and reliability of mobile applications across devices and OS versionsFocus on high-value automation coverage rather than test quantityReduce flaky tests and continuously improve automation reliability and signal qualitySupport quality across the entire software development lifecycle, from design to productionContribute to future-proof automation approaches, including readiness for potential Flutter migrationFoster a culture of engineering excellence, quality ownership, and continuous learning
