WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE   1- 2+ years’ experience in Recruitment or Talent Acquisition  Hands-on experience hiring and scaling both technical and non-technical teams across Europe Good understanding of TA practices and how they power a FinTech company’s growth Strong headhunting mindset - you know where to find the best people and how to win them over Excellent relationship-builder who collaborates across functions with ease Fast, adaptable, and feedback-driven - you thrive in a scale-up environment Passionate about creating a world-class candidate experience - because you truly love what you do Good command of English and fluent Russian.  WHAT WE OFFER   An opportunity to make something great even greater, you can be the reason why we grow, develop, and become  the best fintech company on the market !
