We do this by empowering football clubs, agents and players to be successful in the transfer market by giving them real-time market intelligence and direct access to a global network of decision-makers.

TransferRoom has become a must-have for key stakeholders in football’s transfer market. It’s used by 800+ clubs, including Man City, Liverpool and PSG, 550 agencies and 8000 professional players. It has empowered clubs and agents to facilitate over 6000 transfers since its launch in 2017.

💻 How We Work

We work in cross-functional squads, made up of full-stack engineers, product managers, designers, analysts, and automated QAs. Together, these squads own a key area of our platform — from club tools and agent products to core infrastructure and data services.

We believe the best work happens when teams are empowered to make decisions, collaborate openly, and ship fast. Our squads are lean and can develop and deploy their products end-to-end autonomously. Our engineers pair program, do code reviews, and iterate quickly to keep learning and improving.

We practice Scrumban and deploy new features to our customers every two weeks or sooner.

🏟️ Locations & Flexible Working

Our main office is at Bankside, London with additional tech teams in Poland and Ukraine.

Our office is naturally social, especially Tuesdays, Thursdays & Fridays, when we have regular team drinks, celebrations and five-a-side football.

🎯 What You'll Be Working On

TransferRoom is seeking a highly motivated and experienced QA Automation Engineer to test our software and automate end-to-end tests. Your contributions will have a direct impact on the success of our product.

• C# & .NET for our core services

• React & React Native for our front-end and mobile apps

• SQL Server, MongoDB & Databricks for data storage, data processing and caching

• AI & ML for rapidly creating the next generation of innovative products

• Azure to run and scale our services

• REST APIs that connect it all

✅ You Should Apply If

• You have experience automating software testing using BrowserStack, Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright

• Deep understanding of testing methodologies including UAT, system integration, and regression testing

• You enjoy collaborating with product and design to solve customer problems

• You’re comfortable working in an environment with autonomy and ownership

• You care about writing clean, resilient, maintainable software

• You’re curious about distributed systems, APIs, and scaling platforms

• You want your work to have a visible impact in a fast-moving, global industry

• Working knowledge of C# and git is a plus
