ROLE PURPOSE:
This position involves responsibility for supporting the effective implementation of SC Ukraine's data management system and new technology systems, ensuring alignment with Save the Children's mission, vision and values. This includes active participation in digital data collection, verification and reporting processes to maintain high standards of data quality and integrity. This position will assist the IM department with the implementation and improvement of MEAL-related tools such as , CommCare and Kobo Toolbox, while developing the skills and knowledge of SC staff and implementing partners in the field of information management and digital technologies for the effective use of these systems. By promoting transparency, accuracy and continuous improvement, this position will contribute to the collection and presentation of information for evidence-based decision-making, training and programme accountability.
The role also involves conducting Post-Distribution Monitoring (PDM) following finance related activities like CVA, FSL, and CP payments, which includes coordinating data collection, performing data cleaning and analysis, and preparing comprehensive reports. Additionally, the position ensures that all relevant data is available in trackers, systems and systems to support program activities.

KEY AREAS OF ACCOUNTABILITY:
Information Systems & Data Architecture
Facilitate the data collection from SC field teams and partners using digital tools (, CommCare, , Kobo Toolbox, PRIME). Ensure monthly precise submission of activity data base reports, Commcare, Kobo Toolbox. Manage and update program trackers and cumulative tables with data, using designated software platforms (, , Kobo Toolbox) to ensure accurate and timely data entry and reflection. Support in regular Data Quality Checks(DQCs) to ensure accuracy, completeness, consistency, and reliability of all programme data collected through CommCare, KoboToolbox, and partner reports. Ensure alignment with SCI global and local data protection policies (GDPR, Child Safeguarding, IM Policies)Data Quality & Analysis
Clean and analyse data using Excel, Power Query or other tools as needed. Apply validation rules to ensure accuracy and completeness. Conduct regular data triangulation through regular spot checks of the MoVs Correct any discrepancies in coordination with field teams and partners.Dashboards, Visualisation & Reporting
Develop, automate, and maintain Power BI dashboards for programme and MEAL teams. Create visualisations that support decision-making, including sector/area-based dashboards. Produce data briefs, maps, tables, infographics, and presentations. Regularly conduct Post Distribution Monitoring surveys on CVA projects to understand the satisfaction of beneficiaries on beneficiary registration process, distribution, amount and use of cash etcCapacity Building

Education
Degree in Sociology, Pedagogy, Statistics or any other relevant field.Qualifications

Previous years of experience in an information management or MEAL experience in NGOs. Strong MS Excel skills (Power Query, pivot tables, formulas). Experience developing dashboards in Power BI (or Tableau). Ability to manage large datasets and ensure data quality. Excellent interpersonal communication skills. Ability to work independently with very limited oversight and support.Experience (Desirable)
Previous experience with Save the Children and understanding of SC MEAL systems and tools. Experience in data visualization and presentation.Safeguarding:
