We are developing the first and only app suite built for the warfighter in mind, a one-stop shop for personnel and equipment accountability, file sharing, team comms, and scheduling.
IF YOU ARE
A seasoned software engineer with 5+ years of experienceHighly experienced with Backend or thrive in cross-functional collaborationConfident working with Django or Flask, Python, and CeleryPossessing solid hands-on experience with PostgreSQL and RESTful APIsComfortable navigating AWS environments and understanding how to build scalable systemsHaving a general understanding of front-end principles (Flutter or React)Fascinated by solving real-world problems with elegant backend architecture and clean, maintainable code

Design and develop backend services using Python (Django or Flask) and Celery, ensuring the code is clean, maintainable, and scalableBuild and optimise APIs and data flows, working closely with PostgreSQL and modern integration patternsIntegrate and maintain cloud infrastructure on AWS, ensuring reliability, performance, and scalabilityImprove existing architecture, identifying bottlenecks, and driving optimisation and refactoring initiativesWork on a fast-growing product that impacts thousands of users, where your code directly contributes to business successWork with a motivated, senior-level team that values ownership, autonomy, and clean engineering practicesCollaborate closely with product and mobile teams to deliver seamless experiencesBe part of a culture that encourages learning, creativity, and continuous improvement
