Responsibilities:Leads cross-functional strategic projects end-to-end, including scoping, planning, resources allocation, implementation, testing and launchMonitors and continuously improve processes and communicationsProactively monitors progress of projects, resolves issues and initiates appropriate corrective actionsFacilitates teams performance and focuses on teams integration to achieve better resultsEnsures delivery is to the appropriate level of quality, as well as fulfillment of business and operational targetsManages communications with all stakeholders, including Executive level and executes necessary reportingExecutes risk and change management processesEducation and Experience:Higher education, business administration, finance or technical are preferred3+ years of professional experience in managing mid-large scale enterprise programs and projects with technical background, delivering business value through technology or organizational changesStrong experience in managing and development of cross-functional and multinational team in challenging environmentExperience in communication on executive levelExperience in coaching and development of project teams, including project managersCore skills:Upper-intermediate English is mustStrong project management skills with project management certification is strong plus (PMP or similar)Excellent written and verbal communication skillsUnderstanding of management accounting and project financialsProficient in main project management and collaboration tools (MS Project, Jira, Confluence or similar)Behavior:Credibility and ownership to lead Projects as single accountableProactive team leadership with the ability to work with multiple teams distributed functionally and geographicallyAbility to achieve results working in challenging environmentContinuous improvement and positive attitude to challenges appearing on the wayAbout the Company:LLC «Ukraine Tower Company» is a Ukrainian company that builds telecom towers and leases them to telecom operators. UTC was founded in 2021, based on the technological and expert foundation of Ukraine’s largest telecom operator — Kyivstar.Today, the company’s portfolio includes more than 8,000 sites (masts, towers, poles) across Ukraine.
