Chef de cellule de production - Montréal (Contrat de 18 mois)
Visée du poste
Travaillant avec le Directeur de Procédés et le Chef Entretien, le directeur de cellule sera responsable de l’application des processus IWS (Integrated Working System) et du développement des plans d’action avec son équipe afin d’atteindre les cibles fixées à court et moyen terme.
Responsabilités
Responsable des résultats de la cellule assignée (Manufacturing and Packaging machines)Organiser le travail de la cellule de production en utilisant les principes IWSResponsable de la sécurité, de la qualité et de la productivité sur les machines de productionFixer les priorités à court (24 h) et moyen terme (90 jours)Développer des plans d’action avec l’équipe de la cellule de productionAllocation des ressources pour soutenir les plans développésSupervision des processus IWSFormation et développement des employé
Qualifications et expérience
Détenir un DEC technique et/ou BAC ou expérience pertinenteMinimum de 3 ans d’expérience professionnelle dans un département de productionExpérience dans l’optimisation des processus de production (TPM, Six-Sigma, Kaizen, SMED)Excellente compréhension technique des machines de productionConnaissances informatiques — environnement MS Office (Project, Excel, PowerPoint)

Capacité d’apprendre et de s’adapter rapidement aux différentes situationsPosséder des compétences techniques et être familier aux environnements de productionsCapacité à travailler sous pression Excellente aptitude en communication Avoir un excellent sens de l’organisation du travailAttitude positive et habileté à travailler en équipe Bon jugement dans la priorisation des tâches les plus importantes Français et anglais fonctionne
