We are seeking a Senior UI/UX/Product Designer to join our Product Design Office and collaborate on projects with our long-term partner, an independent private consulting company with Norwegian roots.

Our partner drives large-scale initiatives in telecommunications, IT, and defense, with offices across the Middle East, Europe, and Asia, and projects in over 30 countries worldwide.

This role goes far beyond task execution.

You will be part of an international team, collaborate directly with stakeholders, and influence the design direction of diverse, complex projects.

The client is seeking a dynamic, fast-paced, and proactive designer - someone who can thrive in an international environment, combine hands-on product design with strong communication skills, and deliver high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities Deliver high-quality UI/UX solutions quickly and effectively, from initial concepts to polished designs.

Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, dashboards, and high-fidelity mockups for complex digital systems.

Design adaptive, scalable interfaces that meet both business and user needs.

Contribute to and maintain design systems, ensuring consistency across projects.

Collaborate directly with international stakeholders, product managers, developers, and analysts.

Communicate design decisions clearly and persuasively to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Stay proactive, organized, and responsible in managing your workload and deadlines.

Requirements 5+ years of commercial experience in Product / UI / UX design, with a strong track record of end-to-end product work (ideally 3+ shipped products).  Expert proficiency in Figma: components, variants, variables, auto-layout, libraries, interactive prototyping, and developer handoff.  Proven experience building, governing, or scaling design systems and UI component libraries.  Demonstrable examples of data visualization/dashboards and complex UI (enterprise/telecom/IT/defense domains are a strong plus).  Strong UX fundamentals: information architecture, interaction design, accessibility, and responsive/adaptive design.  Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; able to present and justify design decisions to technical and non-technical audiences.  Self-organized, proactive, able to deliver high-quality output at pace.

English B2+.

Availability: Sunday–Thursday, 10:00–19:00 (UA time).

Nice-to-have Experience mentoring other designers or contributing to design operations.

Background in regulated or security-sensitive products (gov/defense).
