About the job:

We are looking for a passionate and dedicated  Graphic Designer to join our PlayMatrix team !

You will be part of the PlayMatrix business unit in EveryMatrix. PlayMatrix creates state-of-the-art live casino games from scratch.

You will collaborate with a talented team of designers, developers, and game producers to innovate and enhance our live casino offerings. Your contributions will focus on developing engaging game mechanics and immersive player experiences that set our products apart in the market.

Live casino games provide players with an authentic gaming experience through real-time streaming, allowing interaction with live dealers and other players. You will utilize advanced technology to create high-quality video streams and ensure low latency for an uninterrupted gaming experience.

Participation in brainstorming sessions will help generate new game ideas and concepts that align with industry trends and customer preferences.

What You'll get to do:

• Develop and design materials for both print and digital formats, including presentations, branded merchandise, and marketing collateral.
• Create brand-aligned presentations for internal and external use, including sales decks, reports, and conference materials.
• Ensure all deliverables meet high-quality standards and align with project timelines.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, CPO, and other team members to create cohesive visual content.
• Maintain and implement brand guidelines across all media channels.
• Manage multiple tasks, from creative concept development to production, ensuring consistency and adherence to deadlines.

What You need to know:

• Strong design and problem-solving skills.
• Expertise in typography, color theory, layout, and composition.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and Figma.
• Strong collaboration skills, especially across teams.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks independently.
• Portfolio required.
• Highly organized and adaptable.
• Bonus: Experience in 3D design, motion graphics, or illustration.

• Start with 22 days of annual leave, with 2 additional days added each year, up to 32 days by your fifth year with us.
