Надавати доступ користувачам до SAP-системи, створювати інструкції та керівництва для користувачів.Координувати ІТ-бюджет: збирати та консолідувати дані бюджету, формувати звітність у Magnitude (OPEX та CAPEX).Підтримувати та розвивати процес Кваліфікованого Електронного Підпису (КЕП): надавати підтримку користувачам, комунікувати з постачальником системи, контролювати терміни дії КЕП, ініціювати вдосконалення та доопрацювання системи.Управляти контрактами та оплатами: створювати документи для витрат ІТ-групи — як внутрішніх, так і локальних ІТ-послуг, включаючи PO/GR.
