WLG is a technical recruitment agency that is looking for an IT Recruiter to join the cross-functional team to help in hiring for the best Tech international companies in the EU, the USA, and Scandinavia regions. We are built on the values of trust, autonomy, and transparency, and we believe in ownership, clear communication, and a strong results-oriented mindset.

We're expanding our team and looking for a motivated IT Recruiter who is passionate about sourcing top-tier candidates, delivering a first-class candidate experience, and driving successful placements in an international, fast-paced environment.

Compensation Structure:

Your salary consists of:

• A fixed monthly base 11,000-15,000 UAH
• A highly competitive bonus for each successful hire

The bonus component is significant — it reflects our focus on results and performance rather than hours worked. We reward successful placements and high-quality recruitment work, not time spent online.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the full recruitment cycle: from sourcing to interviews, offer discussions, and closing
• Search for candidates through multiple sourcing channels (LinkedIn, internal databases, referrals, etc.)
• Gather interview feedback and communicate with applicants during and after the interview process.
• Manage all stages of the recruitment process.
• Work with leadership to understand the hiring needs of the organization.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand team needs and facilitate candidate lifecycle processes.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in IT recruitment (preferably in an agency or consulting environment)
• Proven track record working with a wide variety of IT roles (developers, cloud engineers, DevOps, SAP specialists, Salesforce admins, etc.)
• Proven experience in direct sourcing, especially on the European tech talent market
• Strong experience in end-to-end recruitment processes (sourcing, interviewing, offer discussions)
• Solid hands-on experience using LinkedIn and advanced search techniques
• Strong organisational, multi-tasking, and time-management skills,
• Ability to be flexible, critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Highly organized, independent, and goal-oriented
• Fluent English (C1)
