As we scale our international footprint and service portfolio, we are seeking a highly motivated intern to support our strategic and M&A initiatives.

Position Summary:

As a Strategic & M&A Intern, you will work closely with senior leadership to support high-impact strategic projects, including market analysis, competitor benchmarking, financial modeling, and potential acquisitions or partnerships. This role offers exposure to executive decision-making and the opportunity to contribute to shaping the future of healthcare in the maritime sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct market research on industry trends, competitors, and adjacent sectors
  
  

• Assist in building business cases and financial models to evaluate strategic initiatives
  
  

• Prepare presentation materials and memos for internal and external stakeholders
  
  

• Analyze internal operational and financial data to support strategic recommendations
  
  

• Support due diligence processes for potential M&A targets or partnerships
  
  

• Work cross-functionally with Operations, Finance, and Business Development teams
  

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s student in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field
  
  

• Strong analytical and quantitative skills; proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
  
  

• Familiarity with corporate finance and M&A principles (prior coursework or internships a plus)
  
  

• Independent, structured thinker with attention to detail
  
  

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  
  

• Passion for healthcare, maritime industries, or global services is a strong plus
  
  

• Fluent in English; additional languages (e.g., Greek, German) are a bonus
