IF YOU ARE

Experienced in Data and Analytics Engineering with 4+ years of hands-on practiceSkilled in Go, Python, or another scripting languageProficient in dbt and SQL for delivering and optimizing data assetsStrong in SQL debugging and query performance tuningFamiliar with automation approaches for testing and tooling to ensure reliable deliveryExperienced in working with one or more cloud platforms, like GCP (preferred), AWS, or AzureKnowledgeable in data warehouse technologies like BigQuery (preferred), Redshift, or SnowflakeConfident in data modeling and organizing/normalizing data using dbtExperienced with Git for version control and collaborative developmentFamiliar with Agile methodologies and delivering value iterativelyCapable of translating business requirements into effective data modelsFluent in spoken English at an upper-intermediate level for effective communication in a multicultural environmentFamiliarity with big data frameworks such as Spark or Databricks (will be a plus)

AND YOU WANT TO

Work directly with the client and their engineering team to deliver high-value data solutionsDevelop and maintain cloud-based data replication pipelines using Python, Go, or tools like FivetranModel, organize, and normalize data using dbtAutomate test cases to ensure data quality and resilience against changesContribute to CI/CD practices for the automated delivery of reliable codeMonitor, troubleshoot, and resolve alerts from data pipelinesDocument systems, data, and architecture, including ERDsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance data warehousing and analytics solutionsPromote best practices and maintain high-quality, maintainable data assetsReview code contributions and guide adoption of standards for healthy, efficient data modelsIdentify and implement process improvements to advance the Data and Analytics Engineering practice
