Ми шукаємо того хто стане візіонером напряму "Пункт" і буде керувати всіма етапами розвитку формату: від концепції до масштабування. Формувати візію, приймати стратегічні та продуктові рішення, забезпечувати ефективність, рентабельність та високій рівень клієнтського сервісу.

Що потрібно робити:
формувати продуктову модель "Пункту": ціннісна пропозиція, функціональні зони, процеси, стандарти;визначити і реалізувати стратегію розвитку формату на ринках Європи та України;керувати повним життєвим циклом продукту: від MVP до масштабування;забезпечувати фінансову ефективність формату: юніт-економіка, P&L, cost-per-launch;тестувати та впроваджувати нові формати: гібридні, фрайчайзингові, партнерські;забезпечувати адаптацію формату до локальних умов та законодавства;розробляти документацію: CJM, гайдлайни, чек-листи, інструкції;співпрацювати з командами архітектури, дизайну, операцій та маркетингу;впроваджувати системи контролю якості сервісу і клієнтського досвіду.
Ми очікуємо від тебе:
вища освіта;від 3 років досвіду у продуктовому або бізнес-менеджменті (логістика, рітейл, франчайзинг);досвід управління напрямом або сервісом з відповідальністю за фінансові показники;знання юніт - економіки, запуску MVP, роботи з беклогом, гіпотезами;вміння структурувати складні процеси, створювати масштабовані рішення;досвід у роботі з мультифункціональними командами та зовнішніми партнерами.
