Шукаємо Офіс Менеджера для української IT компанії, що спеціалізується на аутсорсингу, аутстафінгу та продуктовій розробці, створюючи ефективні рішення для CRM & ERP систем, мобільної та веб-розробки.
Ми шукаємо організовану та проактивну людину, яка зможе стати душею офісу підтримувати його життєдіяльність, допомагати колегам, створювати атмосферу комфорту й командної єдності.
Основні обов`язки:
1. Адміністративна підтримка
Ведення внутрішньої документації (договори, накази, первинні документи).
2. Підтримка офісу:
Закупівлі товарів для офісу та господарських потреб
Контроль технічного стану обладнання, координація ремонтів
Взаємодія з постачальниками, кур'єрськими службами, контрагентами
3. Корпоративне життя:
Привітання колег із нагод (ДН, професійні дати, річниці)
4. Фінансовий контроль:
Формування бюджету на офісні витрати
5. Комунікація:
Співпраця з бухгалтерією, HR та фінансовим відділом
Підтримка співробітників щодо побутових/організаційних питань
Очікування від кандидата:
Досвід: Від 1 року в будь-якій ролі з адміністративною, організаційною чи документообіговою складовою.
Досвід з Google Workspace (Документи, Таблиці), CRM-системами
Вміння вести облік витрат, готувати звіти, планувати бюджет
Організованість, багатозадачність
Комунікабельність і вміння будувати ефективні взаємини
Стресостійкість, відповідальність, уважність

Формат: Робота з офісу ( метро Васильківська)
Зайнятість: Повна
