Розвиток клієнтського досвіду створення та оформлення відправлень для бізнес-користувачів у сегменті B2C;Формування продуктової стратегії та пріоритизація напрямків розвитку;Глибоке розуміння e-commerce логістики, pain points клієнтів та ланцюгів доставки;Побудова та ведення roadmap продукту, баланс між швидкими релізами та стратегічними ініціативами;Взаємодія з ключовими партнерами, проведення перемовин та формування спільної цінності;Аналіз ринку, трендів, конкурентів — в Україні та Європі — з подальшим формуванням гіпотез і ініціатив;Постійний фокус на метриках: ефективність оформлення, adoption, NPS, вартість обслуговування клієнта.
Вимоги до кандидата:
5+ років досвіду на позиції Product Manager у сфері логістики або e-commerce;Досвід розвитку складних B2C-продуктів з великою кількістю сценаріїв;Розуміння процесів обробки замовлень, доставки останньої милі;Досвід формування та реалізації продуктової стратегії;Вміння проводити перемовини з партнерами, клієнтами, внутрішніми стейкхолдерами;Досвід у прийнятті рішень на основі даних (GA4, Amplitude, SQL-запити);Впевнене володіння Jira, Confluence, Figma, Miro; Досвід роботи у крос-функціональних командах за Agile/Scrum-підходом.
