Project description: As a Python Developer at LaSoft, you will play a key role in developing robust and scalable Python-based applications.

You will collaborate closely with project managers, designers, and front-end developers to create efficient back-end services, integrate APIs, and ensure data consistency.

You’ll be involved in architectural decisions, writing clean and maintainable code, and contributing to overall product quality.

REQUIREMENTS Strong proficiency in Python (3.x) Experience with one or more frameworks: FastAPI, Flask 4+ years of experience in software development Understanding of relational and non-relational databases Experience with unit testing Experience working with LLM-based agents, AI-powered chat experiences, and prompt engineering Experience in designing, building, and managing AI agent workflows Experience with GCP English level: Upper-Intermediate or higher   WOULD BE A PLUS Experience with containerization (Docker) Experience working in outsourcing or cross-functional teams Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines Understanding of asynchronous programming Knowledge of front-end technologies like React.js for integration purposes Experience with AWS or Azure   PERSONAL QUALITIES Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Eagerness to learn and grow professionally Good communication skills and team-player mindset Responsible and detail-oriented Proactive attitude and ownership mindset   WE OFFER YOU Friendly and dynamic team environment Full-time, long-term cooperation Competitive compensation based on experience and skills Comfortable office environment or the flexibility to work fully remotely 18 days of paid vacation and 5 days of sick leave Free English classes and mentorship support   Empower Your Future with Us – join LaSoft to grow, innovate, and shape the future!
