Localization Team входить до складу In-house Agency департаменту маркетингу. Мета всіх команд Агенції — створювати, оформлювати та адаптувати контент, який проходить повний цикл виробництва: від ідеї до публікації. Головне завдання Localization Team — забезпечувати якісний переклад контенту 10+ мовами та підтримувати його актуальність.
Localization Team — це інтернаціональна команда, яка складається з менеджерів та штатних перекладачів-редакторів, частина з яких — носії мови. Основний фокус Localization Manager — забезпечувати якісний переклад маркетингового та технічного контенту компанії, а також адаптувати його під вимоги ринків. Щоденна робота полягає в опрацюванні запитів на переклад від моменту отримання запиту до передачі готових перекладів. Менеджер також комунікує зі штатними та позаштатними виконавцями, бюро перекладів, консультується з локальними партнерами по світу для узгодження формулювань та термінів тощо.
Такий підхід дає нам можливість не просто перекладати, а говорити однією мовою з усіма партнерами, інсталяторами та користувачами наших систем безпеки.
Основні обов’язки:
Організація робочого процесу та супровід проєкту від моменту отримання вихідного тексту до готовності перекладів всіма мовами.
Постановка та менеджмент задач на переклад контенту для команди та позаштатних підрядників.
Перевірка якості та консистентності перекладів.
Постійна комунікація з замовниками та виконавцями задач.
Менеджмент проєктів на локалізаційній платформі Crowdin.
Ведення внутрішньої документації (Confluence).
Адаптація контенту згідно з особливостями мов та вимогами сайту.
Вимоги:
Сильні менеджерські, організаторські та комунікативні навички.
Здатність тримати у фокусі багато задач одночасно та розставляти пріоритети.
Вміння працювати з великими обсягами текстів та інформації.
Уважність до деталей.
Англійська мова не нижче рівня B2 (Upper-Intermediate).
Буде перевагою:
Досвід роботи у сфері перекладів (з боку бюро або клієнта).
Робота з інструментами на основі AI.
Використання в роботі інструментів САT або локалізаційних платформ.
Досвід роботи з: Jira/Confluence, Figma, Crowdin, MS Office, Google Workspace.
