We’re a motivated team building hyper-realistic avatars that move, talk, and interact like real people. Think digital humans that don’t feel robotic. We’re mixing machine learning, computer vision, and a bit of magic to get there — and we’re looking for someone who’s excited to work on our projects.What you’ll do: Train and fine-tune models for facial expressions, lip sync, and natural movement.Build ML pipelines that turn raw data into responsive, lifelike avatars.Research and prototype generative models that push realism further.Optimize models for speed and performance without sacrificing quality.What we’re looking for: Solid background in machine learning and deep learning (PyTorch or TensorFlow).Solid grasp of computer vision and generative models (GANs, diffusion models, etc.).Bonus if you’ve worked with real-time rendering or game engines (Unity, Unreal).You’re practical, hands-on, and comfortable working independently.Nice-to-haves (but not deal-breakers): Experience working with 3D data, motion, or anything avatar-adjacent.NLP or voice synthesis experience.Knowledge of rendering pipelines or avatar systems.Why you might like it here: You’ll get a say in what we build, not just how we build it.Remote-first and flexible hours.Work on ambitious problems at the edge of what’s possible with AI.Interested?
