Саме тому QA Department в Ajax Systems супроводжує продукт як на етапі розроблення, так і в процесі виробництва й подальшого розвитку. Вони виявляють баги у залізі, софті або взаємодіях систем. Це не просто команда «клікерів», це творчі інженери. Вони перевіряють нові пристрої в різних екстремальних умовах: імітують рухи людей і тварин, відтворюють складні погодні умови, перепади температур, влаштовують контрольовані пожежі та затоплення.
Ajax шукає ентузіаста на посаду молодшого координатора програми бета-тестування. Вам подобається структура та чіткість в завданнях? Маєте досвід у менеджменті? Маєте досвід спілкування з користувачами і любите це? А якщо англійською? Готові до вирішення будь яких задач?
Необхідні знання та навички:
досвід у менеджменті (навіть якщо це персональний чи університетський проект);
вміти вчасно і якісно надати коректну інформацію, активно підтримувати комунікацію;
розуміння поняття “user experience”;
навички планування та організації. Вміння визначати пріоритети, розробляти графік своєї роботи, слідкувати за ходом досягнення цілей;
доводити кожну задачу від початку до кінця;
комунікаційні навички;
вміння домовлятись та знаходити компроміси;
розуміння важливості ведення баз даних/клієнтських баз;
навички володіння Google Docs та MS Office, Excel обовʼязково;
англійська мова intermediate/upper intermediate.
Буде плюсом:
досвід Agile, JIRA та Confluence;
досвід роботи з Database, CRM-системою або базами клієнтів.
Завдання:
координація процесу видачі пристроїв в бета-тест;
аналіз запитів в каналах комунікації з бета-тестувальниками по всьому світу (групи в телеграмі, фейсбуці тощо);
комунікація та допомога у вирішенні проблем бета-тестерів;
збір та аналіз фідбеку від бета-тестерів;
керування процесом оновлення програмного забезпечення та заміни компонентів пристроїв;
створення тестових завдань в рамках програми, аналіз їх проходження;
спілкування з іноземними партнерами;
систематизація, поліпшення та ведення бази бета-тестувальників.
