Саме тому QA Department в Ajax Systems супроводжує продукт як на етапі розроблення, так і в процесі виробництва й подальшого розвитку. Вони виявляють баги у залізі, софті або взаємодіях систем. Це не просто команда «клікерів», це творчі інженери. Вони перевіряють нові пристрої в різних екстремальних умовах: імітують рухи людей і тварин, відтворюють складні погодні умови, перепади температур, влаштовують контрольовані пожежі та затоплення.
Про проект, з яким будете працювати
Компанія Ajax Systems розробляє не тільки безпровідні системи безпеки, а й власне програмне забезпечення. Це мобільні застосунки для Android та iOS, а також десктопні - для Windows та MacOS. Вони допомагають нашим користувачам самостійно підключати та налаштувати систему, а також керувати станом системи. PRO версії мобільних застосунків та PRO Desktop окрім функцій звичайного застосунку, включає професійний набір функцій, створений спеціально для охоронних та моніторингових компаній. Зрозумілий для користувачів застосунок насправді містить складну логіку та безліч залежностей. Він керує всією системою Ajax, тому QA команда має гарантувати коректну та стабільну роботу застосунку за будь-яких умов.
Ми шукаємо нового гравця до QA Department, який підсилить команду.
Необхідні знання та навички:
1+ рік досвіду мануального тестування мобільних застосунків;
відмінні знання теорії тестування;
вміння застосовувати техніки тест-дизайну;
знання SDLC;
досвід роботи з бізнес-вимогами, ТЗ;
досвід роботи з JIRA, Confluence, Testrail (або альтернатива);
досвід роботи з логами застосунків;
досвід роботи з Xcode, Android studio, PyCharm;
базове розуміння клієнт-серверної архітектури;
хороші аналітичні здібності;
вміння не тільки знаходити дефекти, а й причинно-наслідковий зв’язок;
високий рівень самоорганізації.
Буде плюсом:
досвід роботи REST API чи gRPC;
досвід використання mock server;
досвід роботи з автотестами.
Завдання:
тестувати новий та існуючий функціонал мобільних та десктоп застосунків;
робота з логами застосунків;
проходження регресійних ранів;
розробляти та підтримувати тестову документацію: тест-кейси, traceability matrix, тест-план;
аналіз бізнес-вимог в ТЗ та дизайні;
робота з кастомними QA Tools (Mock server, емулятори);
аналіз результатів автотестів;
брати участь в процесах планування, естімейт задач;
робота в команді з розробниками, автоматизаторами, ПМ, бізнес-аналітиками, дизайнерами та QA суміжних платформ.
