About the project: We are seeking an exceptional Business Development Manager to take charge of engaging with accounts in our specialized domains, such as Financial, Ticketing, and Entertainment.
You will play a key role in designing and executing effective lead-nurturing campaigns.

Requirements: 1-2 years of proven experience in lead/demand generation within the IT industry; Experience or solid understanding of the B2B sector; Experience or demonstrated expertise within cold calls; Advanced English level; Availability : Ability to work 2–3 days a week with extended hours aligned to the Pacific Time Zone, up to approximately 9 PM Central European Time, with flexibility.
Demonstrated excellence in communication skills; Proven proactivity and effective time management; Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities; An enthusiastic and positive "can-do" attitude; Demonstrated interpersonal skills.
Will be a plus: Knowledge of the IT Service Industry; Experience working with Engineers and CTOs; Experience in financial and/or ticketing domains. Responsibilities: Engage the domains that Softjourn specializes in – Financial, Ticketing, and Entertainment – to drive interest in Softjourn and generate leads/opportunities; Utilize multiple channels – emails, LinkedIn, and cold calls – to connect with potential clients; Lead nurturing – manage and engage our existing database of leads, designing effective nurturing campaigns to move them further down the funnel; Track, analyze, and report campaign performance to the Head of the department; Work with the Softjourn knowledge base and complete relevant internal training courses to gain a thorough understanding of Softjourn’s business, processes, and portfolio.
