From strategy to execution, you’ll own the performance and the playbook behind how we acquire and retain the right users at the right time through the proper channels.

📋 Your daily adventures

• Build from the ground up – Establish and grow a high-performing internal media buying department, hiring and mentoring a team of sharp, ROI-focused buyers.
• Own the strategy – Design and implement full-funnel acquisition strategies tailored to Tier 1 markets aligned with broader business goals.
• Oversee campaigns – Manage campaign planning, execution, and real-time optimization across Facebook, Google UAC, Native, and other acquisition channels.
• Be data-obsessed – Track and analyze key performance indicators (ROI, CPA, ARPU, ADPU, CR), making data-informed decisions to scale what works.
• Lead budget performance – Take full ownership of media buying spend (minimum $300K/month), ensuring every dollar drives value.
• Collaborate deeply—Work hand-in-hand with the Product, Retention, and Partner teams to align messaging, timing, and creativity with user lifecycle goals.

🧭 What makes you a great match

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in media buying or traffic arbitrage, specifically targeting Tier 1 markets within the gambling space.
• Proven experience managing large-scale campaigns with budgets of $300K+ monthly.
• You’ve built or scaled an in-house media team and confidently led at least 5 team members.
• Deep knowledge of iGaming product metrics (LTV, churn, RPU) and WhiteLabel dynamics.
• Strong grasp of media platforms like Facebook, Google UAC, and Native ad networks.
• Familiarity with advanced tools and tactics: cloaking, anti-detect browsers, account farming, and tracking solutions.
• You speak data fluently — and use it to drive clear, strategic decisions.
• Confident communicator in English (Upper-Intermediate or above), with the ability to lead conversations with partners, platforms, and internal stakeholders.

• A network of trusted affiliates, platform partners, and private traffic sources.
• Experience with in-app user acquisition.
• A solid understanding of legal and compliance considerations in Tier 1 markets.
• Previous in-house media buying experience.
